American Bone Health has closed.  However, on October 1, 2023, we joined forces with the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) so that BHOF could continue offering all of the important programs and services created by American Bone Health. Please visit www.bonehealthandosteoporosis.org for more information about the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation.

Employer Gift Match

Make your gift go further!

You may be able to increase your impact on bone health through your employer’s matching gift program. Many employers will match all or a portion of your donation. Some companies will even match donations by retirees and/or spouses. All you have to do is ask. 100 percent of both donations directly fund programs that educate people in communities all across the country on the importance of bone health and fracture prevention.

American Bone Health is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, with a Tax ID of 93-1022954.

Just Three Simple Steps

1. Donate

Make a donation to American Bone Health and be sure to keep your receipt letter.

2. Contact your company

If your company matches employee donations, please request your company’s matching gift form from your Human Resources department and complete it.

3. Match

Following instructions from your company’s Human Resources department, either submit the completed matching gift form to the appropriate person at your company, or mail it to us at American Bone Health:
